We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the ride participants, volunteers, and sponsors for a fantastic turnout to Saturday’s 2011 Ajax Ride 4 Youth. In all, we had 24 riders leave from Notre Dame Catholic High School Saturday morning, cheered on by many supporters.  Later that afternoon, we had a wonderful barbecue lunch thanks to the generosity of Ross Mackie and the gang at Mackie Harley Davidson, on Champlain Avenue in Whitby. We we able to provide a check in the amount of $3,600.00 to The University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) to provide scholarship assistance to at least 6 members of Ajax’s Youth Community looking to continue their education beyond secondary school.
